Affordable Housing Societies

Acquires, constructs, and manages rental housing throughout the Lower Mainland. Some units are offered at market rates (as advertised in local papers), and some are available at subsidized rates for qualified low-income seniors, families, single persons, and people with physical disabilities. Applications for subsidized housing are through the Housing Registry (housingapplication.bchousing.org); forms can be completed online or dropped off at a BC Housing office. Applications for market rent housing are processed directly through individual properties; see website for details. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society.
