BC Mobility Opportunities Society (BCMOS)

Provides opportunities for people with physical disabilities to explore the outdoors. Employs the TrailRider, a specially designed wilderness access vehicle that enables the user, propelled by two able-bodied helpers, to take part in wilderness and recreational activities; the TrailRider is available for rental for $10 a day, year round. Offers adaptive hiking, cycling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Affiliated with the Disability Foundation. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
