Represents the interests of BC's nonprofit housing sector to the government and the public. Participates in the development of policy and programs at all levels of government. Holds annual conferences, delivers regional workshops, publishes a bimonthly newsletter and annual member directory, and provides networking opportunities for members. Offers resource information and informal referrals. Also offers an Education and Training Program for nonprofit society boards, staff, and those interested in nonprofit housing issues; topics include landlord-tenant issues, board development, property management, and nonprofit housing development. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society.
