Partners with local municipalities to provide planning, marketing, fleet, and funding support for all transit services in BC outside of Metro Vancouver. Offers conventional and custom transit services; for information on services in each community, visit the website. Website is searchable by community and provides route and service information and local contact information. Specialized services for mobility-restricted individuals such as HandyDart, and OnRequest services, and Health Connections offering transportation to non-emergency medical appointments available in some communities. Complaints can be made by phone through the local transit office or submitted through the online contact form at https://www.bctransit.com/contact. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Provincial Crown corporation.
