Provides counselling and mental health and suicide awareness across Canada. Counselling is offered in a variety of modalities to those affected by mental health issues including PTSD and suicidal ideation. It can be delivered in-person, by phone or online. Financial assistance may be available for those who are not able to afford the full fees up to a maximum of six sessions. Intake is online. Brings mental health and suicide awareness to the community through education, presentations and events. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
