Mental health care, substance use services, primary health care, youth and family peer supports, and social services are accessible under one roof. Future Forward is a life skills and employment readiness program offering workshops, supports, and training; helps youth build the skills and experiences they need to achieve their goals. The Youth Justice Program assists youth involved in the criminal justice system to develop strategies to enhance their lives and make positive life choices. Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services (YFPS) is a specialized provincial service that provides mental health assessment and treatment to young people involved in the criminal justice system, who were ages 12 to 17 at the time of the offence; referrals are court-ordered or made by youth justice services. Street Outreach connects high-risk youth ages 13 to 24 with appropriate services. Physical and Sexual Health Care Clinic services include diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and health conditions; access to birth control options, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing and information; and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Ongoing care can be provided until age 25 for those without a family doctor. Provides safer sex supplies, including condoms. Provides safer drug use supplies for harm reduction. Other services include legal advocacy, services navigation, life skills education, parent-child conflict resolution, a group for youth with parents who have mental health/substance use challenges, Y Mind (a group for youth with anxiety), social/recreational activities, Indigenous cultural activities, yoga, arts and crafts, meal preparation, and more. Offers transition, group, and advocacy supports for LGBTQ2S+ youth. Referral accepted from self or other. Offered in partnership with Denisiai Service Society, Interior Health, Williams Lake First Nation, Boys and Girls Club, Ministry of Children and Families (MCFD), Big Brothers Big Sisters, Orange Shirt Society, Williams Lake Community Living, School District 27, Esk'etemc, Tsilhgot National Government, Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), and Thompson Rivers University. Hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
