Oversees parks, green spaces, and recreational facilities in Powell River. Indoor facilities include fitness centres; swimming pools; ice rinks; gymnasiums; multipurpose rooms; and art. Outdoor amenities include track and sports fields, tennis and pickleball courts, trails, playgrounds, beaches, disc golf courses, and skateboard bowl/parks. Operates the Powell River Recreation Complex, Dwight Hall, and the Evergreen Theatre. Offers a wide variety of recreational, social, and cultural programs, for all ages and abilities including children, youth, families, seniors, and people with disabilities. Offers financial assistance for recreation such as the Recreation Access Pass, Grade 5 Get Active Pass and Grade 6 Stay Active Pass. Recreation complex hours are 6 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 6:30 pm Saturdays and Sundays.

An on-demand shared transit service open to everyone in the Westview area of Powell River.

An on-demand shared transit service open to everyone in the Westview area of Powell River. Offers door-to-door service in most areas, with designated stops in some. Bus service is available 11 am to 2:30 pm and 3 pm to 6:30 pm, seven days a week. Bookings required via the app or by phone. Trips may be prebooked up to three days in advance. Five-point harness child seat and a booster seat can be reserved; passengers must supply their own rear-facing baby seat if needed. Bus is not wheenchair accessible and driver does not provide passenger assistance. Certified assistance animals are permitted, and small pets may be transported contained in a secure carrier. Fare is $2.25 per ride, $20 for ten tickets, $35 for 20 tickets, and also accepts BC Transit ten-ticket packs; children 12 and under ride for free. Payment is required by credit card when booking online or exact fare cash on the bus. Call centre and phone booking hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
