Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP
Ensures that complaints made about the on-duty conduct of RCMP members are examined fairly and impartially. Receives complaints from the public, conducts reviews when complainants are not satisfied with the RCMP's handling of their complaints, and assists complainants in determining whether they wish to attempt alternate dispute resolution or lodge a formal complaint. Independent civilian review agency. Complaints can be made online, by fax, or mail within one year of the alleged conduct occurring.
