Operates Garden Park Tower, a residence for independent seniors age 55 and over. Life lease agreements provide the life-time right to occupy a housing unit and use the common facilities, with payment of a single up-front payment and monthly upkeep/maintenance fees. The facility also functions as a community centre for the wider community by offering recreational and social activities, a coffee shop, and dining room, as well as by housing social and professional services such as a beauty salon; fees are charged for some services. Also offers income tax preparation for seniors and low-income individuals in March and April. Halls are available for rent, with or without catering. Hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
