Provides outreach to individuals ages 19 and up who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless.
Provides outreach to individuals ages 19 and up who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless. Outreach workers meet with individuals to determine housing needs, and provide referrals to services to meet immediate needs such as emergency shelter, food, clothing, and blankets. Also provides help with obtaining identification and income assistance. Connects individuals to housing options by providing support with the application, move-in process, appointments and/or housing viewings, and liaison with landlords; rent subsidies may be available. Provides links to culturally appropriate services as well as referrals to other support services such as health care, counselling, addiction recovery services, and skills training. Support filing simple tax returns available during tax season. Serves Revelstoke. Drop in hours are 1 pm to 4 pm Tuesdays and 10 am to 1 pm Thursdays; appointments can be scheduled between 9 am and 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Funded as a Homelessness Outreach Program (HOP) by BC Housing.

Issues may include anxiety/depression, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, parent child conflict, addiction, stress, loss or grief, separation or divorce, violence, sexuality, and Attention Defecit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Fridays. Funded by Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).

Food Bank distributes food twice per week: 3 pm to 6 pm on Tuesdays, and 10 am to 1 pm on Thursdays.
Food Bank distributes food twice per week: 3 pm to 6 pm on Tuesdays, and 10 am to 1 pm on Thursdays. Clients are able to select their own food items and are asked to bring their own bags. Registration can be done on first visit. ID is helpful but not required. Tuesday is priority access for families with children and Thursday is priority access for seniors; priority group of the day is able to skip the general line-up.

Provides temporary low-barrier overnight emergency shelter for up to 10 individuals of all genders from October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026; accepts couples and families.
Provides temporary low-barrier overnight emergency shelter for up to 10 individuals of all genders from October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026; accepts couples and families. Pets can be accommodated. Can accommodate some mobility limitations; call in advance for details. Individuals encouraged to call in advance between 8 am to 11pm, seven days a week. Also accepts walk-ins at the shelter, during drop-in at the outreach building (416 2nd Street West) between 1 pm and 4 pm Tuesdays, 10 am to 1 pm Thursdays; or in-person at the main office (314 2nd Street East) between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Also accepts referrals from Revelstoke Women's Shelter, Queen Victoria Hospital, or Revelstoke RCMP.
