Condominium Home Owners' Association of BC (CHOA)

Promotes the understanding of strata property living and the interests of strata property owners. Provides professional advisory services based on individual strata needs. Also provides education, publications, resources, and support for members, who include strata corporations, individual owners, businesses that serve the strata industry, strata related associations, and governmental agencies in BC. Associate membership for individuals costs $125 annually. Office hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Member based nonprofit society.
