Offers programs for youth, Indigenous communities, newcomers, families, and older adults, with supports around topics such as school, training and employment, housing, health and wellness, and recreation. Also hosts special events, celebrations, and workshops. Serves the Richmond area. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
