Association representing housing co-ops in BC. Provides member co-ops with support, education, resources, consultation/mediation, news updates, advocacy, and group buying. Also provides an online directory of all BC housing co-ops. Administers two programs that provide interest-free loans to help cover the cost of co-op membership shares, payable upon acceptance as a member of a housing co-op: the Co-op Housing Disability Trust, for individuals with permanent disabilities, and the Domestic Violence Relief Fund, for women leaving abusive relationships. Office hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
