Provides compassionate care to people with life-limiting illnesses and their families, and support individuals along their grief journeys. The hospice facility allows individuals to live their final days with peace and comfort in a home-like setting; individuals must be receiving Fraser Health Palliative Care Services through a referral from a health care professional. Serves Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Volunteer-based nonprofit society, registered charity.
