Dan's Legacy

Offers therapeutic counselling and life skills programs to youth ages 15 to 25 who are experiencing severe anxiety, depression, and addiction issues. Job skills training programming in the culinary industry also offered to youth ages 19 to 25. Programs are evidence based and holistic, employing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness techniques. Wraparound continuing wellness services for clients include food security and fitness supports, Indigenous cultural workshops, and referrals to other community organizations. All counselling and wraparound services are free of charge. Open referral; see website for form. Serves Metro Vancouver. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
