Dan's Legacy

Offers therapeutic counselling and life skills programs to youth ages 15 to 25 who are experiencing severe anxiety, depression, and addiction issues. Job skills training programming in the culinary industry also offered to youth ages 19 to 25. Programs are evidence based and holistic, employing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness techniques. Wraparound continuing wellness services for registered clients include weekly grocery hampers, fitness program, and referrals to other community organizations.
