Supports the RCMP in delivering the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) keep'n it REAL (kiR) program to BC school children in Grades 5 and 6. The program empowers children with the critical thinking and life skills necessary to become safe and responsible citizens, and is the foundation of the RCMP's community-led, police-assisted, comprehensive drug prevention strategy for children and youth.
