A grassroots, secular organization offering free, community-inspired programs for people living in the Downtown Eastside. Wheelchair accessible. Provides harm reduction supplies, along with harm reduction education and referrals to health services, addictions services, and other social supports. Serves the area from Commercial to Cambie, and from the waterfront to Union Street in Vancouver. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded in part by City of Vancouver, Government of BC, United Way, and VanCity Foundation. Nonprofit society.

Offers community drop-in programming on Mondays and Wednesdays. Oatmeal served from 10 am to 12:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. A drop in lunch is served from 12:30 pm to 2 pm Wednesdays. Free food items offered at the community fridge and pantry located inside the Neighbourhood House during program hours and on Tuesday mornings. Also offers nutritional outreach programming through Smoothie Tuesday and Banana Beat Wednesday on welfare Tuesdays and Wednesdays each month.
