Foundry Victoria

Offers a range of wellness services for young people ages 12 to 24, including physical and mental health care, substance use supports, social services, and peer support. Services include support for mental health and substance use issues, counselling, help with relationship issues, birth control, sexually transmitted infections testing and treatment, pregnancy testing and support, pap tests, blood tests and vaccines, trans health services, referrals to specialists, information about housing, job training, and alternative education. Services are free; Medical Services Plan (MSP) coverage not required, but will help clients get a BC Care Card if eligible. Office hours and hours for walk-in primary care are 11 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 11 am to 4 pm Fridays. Hours for walk-in counselling are 11 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday. Operated by Island Health, in partnership with Child Youth Mental Health (MCFD), NEED2, Trans Care BC, Umbrella Society, and Together Against Poverty Society (TAPS). Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, closed 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm for lunch, closed statutory holidays.
