Provides culturally appropriate and holistic child and family welfare services to Indigenous children, youth, and their families in the Fraser Valley, in partnership with 17 member communities. The General Therapy Service offers free counselling to Indigenous children and youth up to age 19, and their families. The Sexual Abuse Intervention Program offers services to Indigenous children, youth, parents and caregivers who are impacted by sexual abuse. Services include one-to-one counselling, educational workshops, coping and skill development, and support navigating the court system. Life Skills program offers Indigenous youth ages 14 to 19 up to 10 sessions per year on topics such as; money management, maintaining relationships, conflict resolution, stress management, and cultural learnings. Supported Connections program, offered at the Surrey office, offers supports to Indigenous families to spend time together in a safe location with support from staff. Serves status, non-status, on reserve, off reserve, Sto:lo and other First Nation, Inuit, and Métis individuals from Langley to Yale. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
