Community-based volunteers serve food and offer clothing and other items to Metro Vancouver residents. Langar (blessed food) meal service is offered weekly at 1 pm Saturdays and 12 noon Sundays, at the corner of Main and Hastings streets. Meal service is also provided to other shelters in the Lower Mainland on a monthly basis. Runs other annual community events, including a school supplies drive and a toy drive. Collected items are delivered to the street-entrenched community, those in need, and underprivileged children in places such as shelters and hospitals. Accepts donations year-round for socks, jackets, blankets, sweat pants, and toiletries. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
