Haro Park Centre

Provides a continuum of care for adults including independent living, assisted living, residential care, and complex care. Professional services are offered onsite: a podiatrist, dentist, physiotherapist/occupational therapist, audiologist, pharmacist, and optometrist/ophthalmologist. There are 36 subsidized Independent Living units for seniors age 60 and over. Rent is 30 percent of applicants' gross household income; maximum annual income limits apply. Apply directly to Haro Park; applications available by email or in person. Priority given to West End residents. Assisted living and residential care units require a referral from the local Home and Community Care office following a health care needs assessment. Reception hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
