Heart Tattoo Society

Caters and provides weekly meals to residents of the Downtown Eastside. Provides a hot BBQ meal at 1:30 pm Sundays outside Aboriginal Front Door Society at Main and Hastings (384 Main Street); offered in partnership with Watari Counselling Support and 2 Paycheques Away Charitable Society. Also offers holiday meals on Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Canada Day, Truth and Reconciliation Day, Thanksgiving, and Remembrance Day. Meals are open to the community and there are no barriers to receiving food. Service is outdoor, meals are takeaway, and utensils are provided. Meal dates and locations are subject to change; contact for more information. Also provides information and referral to other community resources. Nonprofit society.
