Heron Hospice Society of Delta

Provides care and support for individuals and families facing life-threatening illness, death, and bereavement. Bereavement services include one-to-one companionship, grief support groups and programming (yoga, art-based healing, and gentle relaxation), grief counselling for individuals and families (up to eight sessions), as well as support materials (bereavement baskets) and referrals. Also offers access to a lending library, public workshops and webinars on end-of life issues, including death, grief and loss, and related topics. Serves Delta and Tsawwassen First Nation.
