Supports newcomers prepare to enter the labour market by providing an online assessment of skills, knowledge and abilities (competence), and how they compare to Canadian standards. Helps overcome employment barriers such as international credential recognition and a lack of Canadian work experience. Services and resources provide an opportunity to identify any training gaps newcomers may need to fill, understand Canadian workplace culture, and learn more about the industry newcomers intend to enter. Funded by the Government of Canada's Future Skills Centre.
