Joshua House Ministries

Provides eight Christian supportive recovery homes in the Abbotsford area for men. All houses offer support groups, life skills training, Christian counselling, educational sessions, and 12-step groups, and require chores and participation. Men may progress through the houses as their recovery deepens. All men begin at The Creek, which houses up to 48 men in cabins; recovery house registered with the Assisted Living Registry, Ministry of Health. Accepts men in various stages of their recovery. Self-referrals are accepted. Accepts men using methadone only if they are in the process of quitting (ie. on such a small dosage that it can be stopped). Accepts men on conditional discharge as long as they are released directly into care of Joshua House Ministries. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
