Housing application available on website; paper version of housing applications available at main or housing offices. Margaret's Landing is a 46-unit subsidized housing project for people of Indigenous ancestry in the Black Mountain neighbourhood, offering three- and four-bedroom townhomes, and one- and two-bedroom apartments, with two-bedroom wheelchair-accessible units. Applications are through the BC Housing Registry. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. In partnership with BC Housing, Aboriginal Housing Management Association, and the City of Kelowna.
