  Drop-in centre that offers recreational, leisure, social and wellness programs for adults ages 50 and up. Programs include various recreation, physical fitness, walking clubs, and dance classes; bridge, bingo, cribbage, snooker/billiards, and other games; arts and crafts, including knitting, crochet, and watercolour art classes. Offers health presentations and services such as chair massage and foot care. Hosts concerts, events, and outings, including concerts, movie matinees, dinner dances, and other socials. Unique Boutique is an volunteer-run upscale thrift store that sells gently used women's clothing from 10 am to 2:45 pm Monday to Friday. Buenos Dias Café serves affordable breakfast, lunch and take-out meals from 8 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday. Membership costs $30 per year and entitles members to lower fees for activities and special events at the Centre. Centre hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Reception hours are 9 am to 2:45 pm Monday to Friday.
