Land Title and Survey Authority of BC

A publicly accountable, statutory corporation responsible for administering the land title and survey systems of BC. These systems provide the foundation for all real property business and ownership in BC. Applications for making changes to title can be filled out online and then submitted using the BC Services Card app, by mail, or in person. Land Title Office front counters located in Victoria, New Westminster, and Kamloops are open from 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday by appointment only; contact customer support to book an in-person visit. Phone customer support hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
