Promotes a healthy mind and body while providing community support services to people living in Logan Lake. Recreational services include fitness classes, yoga, teen/adult sports night, fitness assessments, body composition analysis, workout design, drop-in gym facility, sauna, tanning bed, and safety courses. Registration fees and/or membership fees apply to most programs. The Logan Lake Community Garden offers raised garden bed space for rent. Logan Lake Literacy Task Group provides information about local community literacy initiatives. Office services (photocopier, fax, and lamination) are also available for a nominal fee. Also offers extended child care and summer camps for children. Hours are 6 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, and 7 am to 3 pm Saturday and Sunday; closed statutory holidays. Nonprofit society, registered charity.

Assists older adults ages 60 and over who are in general good health, but require help with non-medical daily tasks to maintain independent living within their homes and remain connected to their communities.

Assists older adults ages 60 and over who are in general good health, but require help with non-medical daily tasks to maintain independent living within their homes and remain connected to their communities. Services include light housekeeping, grocery shopping/delivery, friendly visits, snow shovelling, minor home repairs, light yard work, and transportation to Kamloops/Merritt for medical appointments. Serves Logan Lake. Fees are on a sliding scale based on income; many services provided by volunteers at no charge. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday. Funded by Ministry of Health (MOH) and managed by United Way British Columbia (UWBC).
