Marpole Neighbourhood House

Offers inclusive programs, services, and childcare that strengthen community and foster a sense of belonging in the Marpole neighbourhood. Creates welcoming spaces for social connection where people can gather, build relationships, access support, and develop skills. Brings together people of all ages, cultures, and abilities; work is grounded in equity, advancing land justice, and bringing the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) Calls to Action to life. Services include include childcare, parenting supports, English language learning, employment and leadership development, and creative activities such as art, crochet, gardening, and cooking, with specific offerings for children, youth, families, and seniors. Programs are developed in partnership with the community to reflect local needs and interests. Meeting space rentals are available. Hours are 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Also operates an extreme weather response shelter between November 1st and April 15th when weather is extreme.
