Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) - Creston

Supports the well-being of children, youth, and families, especially those who are vulnerable, through child protection services. Also offers family support services, guardianship services, adoption, child and youth mental health, and youth justice services. Other services coordinated through central provincial offices include helplines and after-hours support; resources and referral; funding and benefits programs; and specialized treatment for disabilities, mental health issues, and substance use. Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) intake and assessment clinic services are available by appointment. Serves Creston. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
