Services include counselling, case management, meals, laundry facilities, toiletries, clothing, and referrals to other community service providers and resources. Staffed 24 hours daily. Substance use is not permitted on site. Maximum length of stay is 90 days. Wheelchair accessible. Limited pets accepted.

  Offers a free four-month life skills and employment day program for women who are experiencing addictions, mental health issues, or sexual exploitation.

  Offers a free four-month life skills and employment day program for women who are experiencing addictions, mental health issues, or sexual exploitation. Program includes coping and social skills, relapse prevention, setting healthy boundaries, demonstrating positive attitudes and behaviours, anger management, budgeting, employment readiness, and volunteering. Also provides participants with one-on-one specialized therapy such as equine therapy and yoga therapy. Wheelchair accessible. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

  Provides staffed, transitional housing for women (including transgender women) and female youth experiencing sexual exploitation, addiction, and/or mental health challenges who require safe housing and want to make lifestyle changes; up to 15 beds available.

  Provides staffed, transitional housing for women (including transgender women) and female youth experiencing sexual exploitation, addiction, and/or mental health challenges who require safe housing and want to make lifestyle changes; up to 15 beds available. Can accommodate limited young children accompanying their parent. Five days clean time is required. Stay is up to six months, depending on individual needs and follow-care plan. Does not accept clients on methadone or methadose (suboxone is accepted). Residents must participate in the Essentials Program, listed separately. Does not accept pets. Safe housing is not wheelchair accessible.

  Offers temporary emergency funding and financial assistance to sexually exploited young women and female youth who are looking to leave the streets and begin a new life. Assistance may include rent, childcare, groceries, utility bills, prescription medication, emergency dental work, medically advised dietary requirements, day care costs, and transportation costs to work, school, or medical appointments. This service is usually offered only to existing clients in NOW's programs, but they may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
