Assists individuals in removing a past criminal offence from public record, including pardons/record suspensions, purges, file destructions, and obtaining USA entry waivers. Provides free telephone and internet support, information, and guidance. Walk-in office hours are 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Eastern standard time, Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society.
