Parole Board of Canada (PBC) - Pacific Regional Office
Makes independent conditional release, record suspension (formerly pardon), and expungement decisions, as well as clemency recommendations for offenders serving sentences of two years or more in all provinces and territories. Also makes conditional release decisions for offenders serving sentences of less than two years in all provinces and territories, except Ontario and Quebec which have their own parole boards.
