Offers a residential treatment program for adults ages 19 and up who have serious substance use concerns, or have concurrent disorders; separate men's and women's floors. Program capacity is 36 men and women at a time. Accepts individuals on substitution therapy. Average length of stay is 90 days with possibility of extension. Services include individualized and group counselling, psycho-educational groups, relapse prevention support, peer support, medical support, job readiness and skills development training, family program, referrals, aftercare planning/support, art-based therapy, and recreational activities. Philosophy is positive, strengths-based, and participant-centered. The focus of treatment is on healing and restoration through the development of healthy relationships, while supporting individuals to identify and build on their own unique strengths. Referrals accepted from health professionals, counsellors, social workers, or outreach staff through BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services; see website for a referral package. Individuals must be no longer experiencing acute withdrawal prior to admission, backed by a medical statement or have completed detox program. Fee is $40 per day, but cost is covered for participants referred by a health professional. Serves BC. Staffed 24 hours; intakes 8 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. Wheelchair accessible. Partially funded by Fraser Health and BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services.

A safe, structured, enhanced recovery support services for adults ages 19 and over who are in recovery and are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in unsafe housing. Offers furnished studio style units for men and women in recovery. Must have completed a 90 day intensive live-in treatment program or a combination of an intensive live-in treatment program and engagement in outpatient mental health and/or substance use services and are initiating lifestyle changes, and are motivated to implement a personal recovery plan that includes employment and/or educational action plans. Support services include skill development in recovery maintenance, problem solving, and decision making; personal, financial, and stress management; and conflict resolution. Length of stay is up to two years. Each applicant reviewed individually; potential reasons for exclusion listed in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document on the website. Referrals accepted from counsellors, social workers, physicians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, community mental health and/or addiction team providers, or case managers. Fees are 30 % of income with a minimum of $500 per month for self-pay, or the shelter portion of income assistance. A Provincial Homelessness Initiative developed in partnership with BC Housing.

Structured program focusing on the process of stabilizing men from an addiction-based lifestyle into a recovery-based one.
Provides a safe, shared accommodation, structured short stay for up to three to six weeks for men 19 years of age and older who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to substance misuse. The program includes meals, laundry, counselling, 24/7 on-site staff, medical care, pharmacy service, opioid agonist treatment, and harm reduction supplies. Funded by Fraser Health Authority's Mental Health and Substance Use Services.
