Phoenix Wellness Clinic - Duncan

Privately run medical clinic which provides a supportive, multidisciplinary, outpatient Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) program for adults 19 and older who misuse heroin or other opiates. Also offers long-term stabilization on methadone, kadian, or suboxone; withdrawal management; and individual counselling for clients. Outreach workers connect clients to support groups, housing resources, employment, and community support services. Works in conjunction with Duncan Mental Health and Substance Use to treat concurrent diagnoses of mental health issues. Also acts as a family physician for patients who do not have one. Clients with hepatitis C can also be treated, as well as clients with a combination of opioid use and chronic pain; open to clients currently on OAT with Phoenix, or to those who have been through the treatment program. Fees are charged; clients may qualify for coverage or reimbursement. Clinic and office hours are 11 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Appointments are preferred, but rapid access is available during office hours; appointments can be made by text (preferably), by phone, or by email.
