A resource for Richmond's multicultural community, providing information and referral, programs for women and for youth, seniors services, diversity training, fee-based immigration services and English as a second language classes. Services are available to permanent residents, immigrants waiting for permanent residency, refugees, temporary foreign workers, and immigrants who are naturalized citizens. Languages include English and French, as well as Greek, Arabic, Punjabi, Urdu, Japanese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, and Ukrainian. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society.
