South Vancouver Family Place Society

Family resource centre for children from birth to age five and their parents or caregivers. Offers drop-in activities for children in an enriched play area, daily circle time, food security and programs, and information and referral for families. Through the Food Hub, distributes food to eligible families on a weekly basis. Offers parenting and grandparenting workshops such as Nobody's Perfect. Family Drop-in hours are 9 am to 12 noon Wednesdays and Fridays, and 9 am to 2 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also operates a licensed preschool, and an Outdoor Family Drop-in Program at the River District Centre from 10 am to 11:30 am Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
