Trans Care BC

Provides leadership and direction for trans health services across B.C. to ensure trans, Two-Spirit, and non-binary people receive the care they need. Also supports families, friends, and loved ones as well as service providers. Services include information, resources, and pathways to care related to trans health and wellness (www.transcarebc.ca/how-to-get-care), as well as support for health care professionals through clinical tools, resources, and education (www.transcarebc.ca/health-professionals). Health navigators assist individuals in identifying health care system pathways and accessing services, resources, and support. Services are free and available by email, phone, and website contact form. Serves British Columbia. Operated by the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
