A Consumer Disclosure is a complete account of all inquiries made to an individual's credit information, including account management inquiries, non-credit-related inquiries, and the individual's inquiries; available monthly, free of charge, by mail, phone, in person, or online. Also provides other services such as monthly credit reports for a subscription fee, and fee-based services to help organizations optimize their risk-based decisions. Phone hours are 11 am to 11 pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday. Registered BC corporation.
