Vancouver Adapted Music Society (VAMS)

Provides music making opportunities for people with physical disabilities in Metro Vancouver; open to musicians of all skill levels. Offers the use of a fully-equipped, fully-accessible recording studio at the GF Strong Rehab Centre in Vancouver. Also offers instrument lessons and instrument adaptations in partnership of Tetra Society of North America. Promotes its member musicians online and by arranging performance opportunities, staging concerts, and issuing recordings. Office hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Affiliated with the Disability Foundation. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
