Works to integrate immigrants and newcomers into BC workplaces and communities by providing information, tools, and resources on immigration for newcomers, prospective immigrants, international students, temporary foreign workers, service providers, and community leaders. Programs covers three service areas: English language development, settlement and inclusive communities, and labour market participation. The BC Newcomer Services Program (BCNSP) provides services and support to help temporary residents and naturalized citizens understand, settle and integrate successfully. The 'BC Newcomers' Guide' is available in various languages on the website. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
