Provides information, referrals, training, and resources to families who are seeking optimal care and early learning for children, as well as service providers. The Westcoast Early Learning Library (WELL) is open to all and provides a broad range of materials and topics including ECE theory and practice, program planning, child care administration, and more. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 8:30 am to 8 pm Wednesdays, and 9 am to 4 pm Saturdays. Library hours are 9 am to 8 pm Wednesdays, 9 am to 4:30 pm Thursdays and Fridays, and 9 am to 4 pm Saturdays. Nonprofit society.
