16 Steps to Discovery and Empowerment

Offers a self-help group for self-identified women who want to reduce problematic behaviors, are seeking growth, empowerment, and well-being, and want healthier relationships and improved self-esteem. Based on a 16-step model that addresses the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health, to overcome harmful habits including, but not limited to, substance use issues. Participants can join at any time, and can attend on a drop in basis, but must register with the agency. Registration by phone or email with program coordinator. Serves residents of the District of Kent and the Harrison/Agassiz area. Group runs from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm Mondays.
