Serves victims of all types of crime or trauma, including those injured and bereaved by accused that are not identified or charged. Provides emotional support, form completion assistance, justice system information and liaison, practical assistance, and referral to other victim services/community agencies. Also offers case status, court accompaniment and orientation, court dates, and information about court proceedings. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday; after-hours services are only provided at the request of the Abbotsford Police Department. Funding provided by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General (MPSSG).
