Abuse Response and Prevention

Provides BC web-based resources on topics related to family violence, sexual violence, clergy sexual abuse, and healthy boundaries and relationships. Offers online information for abused individuals, churches and pastors, individuals who abuse, loved ones of abused individuals, and others. The End Abuse program offers support groups for women in intimate partner abuse situations, groups for men who want to voluntarily learn healthier ways of being in relationships, and education for those wanting to volunteer. Support groups take place in Abbotsford, but the program also trains facilitators who run the program across BC. The Abuse Response and Prevention programs offers trainings and workshops on topics such as healthy boundaries, domestic violence, clergy sexual misconduct, and trauma-informed ministries. Also holds workshops geared specifically for youth, leaders, and the general public.
