Provides stabilization housing for youth ages 17 to 24 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Program support includes case management, advocacy, life skills, referrals and community connections, and day-to-day assistance and problem solving. Referral required from a housing or advocacy community services partner. Youth will also need to complete a Vulnerability Assessment application.
