A free program that supports adults who live in the Abbotsford area and want to improve their English reading, writing, speaking, listening, computer, or numeracy skills. Also assists learners who need to upgrade their language skills for employment or English proficiency testing (fee-for-service option). Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday; evening appointments available.
