A six month therapeutic day program for adolescents who are navigating significant mental health concerns and would benefit from intensive support to strengthen emotional well-being, coping skills, and daily functioning. Supports youth whose mental health challenges that are impacting their learning, relationships, and family life. Services include assessment; individual, family, and group interventions; recreational assessment and activities; educational assessment and programming; and consultation, liaison, and referral services. Works in close collaboration with families, schools, hospitals, and community partners to promote coordinated care and to support thoughtful transition planning prior to discharge.
