Adult Mental Health Program - Vancouver (Robert and Lily Lee Family Community Health Centre)

Multidisciplinary team provides individual and group mental health rehabilitation services to adults with moderate to severe mental health, substance use, and concurrent mental health and substance use disorders or conditions. Services include psychiatric assessment and treatment, individual and group therapy, and rehabilitation services. Individuals receive support to work on their self-identified goals, which could include: improving quality of life, developing new skills, reducing symptoms, reducing substance use, reducing self-stigma, and increased independence, community connection, and engagement in meaningful activities. Services may involve the client's significant other/family if appropriate. Referral required through Access and Assessment Centre (AAC), physician, psychiatrist, or nurse practitioner. Access and Assessment Centre phone line hours are from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm daily. Office hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
